Property description

 A farm in the Langkloof is for sale for R27m plus Vat, approximately 20km from Herold and 55km from George with three title deeds totalling 462 ha. The farm is Vat registered and sold as a going concern with all its implements. The farming activities includes a 14 ha Vineyard fed by drip irrigation. Water on the farm is stored in eight certified dams and cattle. Water is also received from a fountain at the rate of 42 hours every 7 days. Water piped out of the dams could potentially irrigate 75 ha with the aid of two pumps, one installed 37 kw pump and one 18 kw mobile pump. 5 Eskom power Transformers of 110 kw each is
